- I am an Internal Medicine doctor with an interest in global health. I graduated from the University of Minnesota, where I had several international experiences as a medical student and resident that are chronicled in this blog. Now I am volunteering in Laos teaching Internal Medicine residents, and helping to coordinate the residency program.

what kind of "american" do you mean? pizza, french fries, mac and cheese, casserole, fried chicken, apple pie, canned vegetables??? something fancier? something regionally american?? hrmmm....
I say burgers... Europeans that come here always say our burgers are incredible! :)
